The Memling turns out to be a 19th C fake by a forger working in Brussels called Jean-Claude Anckaerts. Research at the Gallery and among the papers found in the flat suggests that Anckaerts is a relative of Juniper's, hence the possible path of the Memling to London. Juniper decides to learn more about Anckaerts and plans to go to Brussels.
